Product Description:

Re-target customer website visitors with video ads from in-stock inventory, turning hundreds of vehicle videos into VIN Specific video ads shown on the top video sites on the web.

Product Management Role:

The first ever VIN specific video retargeting ads that we developed in-house — leading the marketing team for our champion product enabled me to work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for the product. In 2016, I assisted the REVS team plan a 2-day conference to demonstrate the product and go over the implementation process to potential resellers and partners. As head of the digital department, I facilitated a 60minute talk presented by our Google Partner on "Why the automotive industry needs video" to close out the 2-day event. I was responsible for building production processes, campaign set-up and A/B testing targeting strategies backed up by trend research and data driven results using proper UTM tracking in Google Analytics, monitoring trend in View Through Rates, Click Through Rates, and experimenting with reach and audience.

Role and Objective

I helped Lithia Motors get up and running quickly by developing a production timeline that I communicated to the design and sales team and implemented through creating Campaign Task Templates in Asana. I managed the production of video templates for quick updates on monthly offer ads based on dealers planned Ad cars of the month. I facilitated in the development of an Always-On strategy by creating evergreen video ads  that focused on each dealerships value proposition, ensuring the consistent stream of website traffic and promoting brand recall while monthly offer specific ads were being developed. Implementing this system and the optimizing towards performance grew our account revenue by 25% in 3 months.
